We believe that you can’t out exercise a bad diet. We know the importance of fueling your body the right way, and want you to have healthy options during your stay with us. We chose our free continental breakfast items and menu selections with that in mind. Choose from fresh fruit, cereals and low-fat yogurt, or opt for a meal from our extended menu (for a nominal charge) which includes lighter selections like egg white omelets with turkey bacon or sausage, salads and chicken and spinach flat bread.
